Today, visit the most famous landmarks of Hanoi, including Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, West Lake’s Tran Quoc temple, Quan Thanh pagoda, the Ethnology Museum, the bustling Old Quarter and finally enjoy in the evening a water puppet performance.
Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Drive from Hanoi to Halon and discover the incredible scenery of Halong Bay for an overnight boat cruise. Spend your time relaxing on board, or enjoy some visits and/or activities. Anchor on the bay for the night and admire an incredible sunset in this unique natural landscape.
Halong Bay – Noi Bai Aiport – Danang – Hoi An (B)
After sunrise and breakfast aboard, disembark and transfer for your onward flight to Danang. From there, have a short drive to Hoi An, a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th century.
Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An (B)
Take a half day tour to visit My Son, the capital and religious center of the former Cham Kingdom. On the way back, explore the Lion Citadel, before having a walking tour in the ancient town center of Hoi An, visiting the former’s merchant’s houses, the Japanese Bridge and the colorful market.
Hoi An – Hue (B)
Drive on the way to the former Imperial capital Hue, with a stopover in the Cham museum of Danang, before climbing over the Pass of Ocean Clouds and dropping down the photogenic fishing village of Lang Co.
Hue – Ho Chi Minh City (B)
Transfer to Hue Airport after breakfast for the short flight to dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by the locals. Depart your hotel for a full day Ho Chi Minh City tour. Sites include, Chinatown District, Traditional Medicine Museum and FITO Museum in the morning. In the afternoon, discover Ben Thanh Market before visiting the War Remnants OR the History Museum, the Former Presidential Palace and the colonial city.
Note: History Museum is closed on Mondays.
Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh City (B,L)
This morning you will leave bustling Ho Chi Minh for the 2 hour drive to the delta town of Cai Be for a cruise to a floating market. After visiting the market continue to a cottage factory where ‘pop-rice’, rice paper and coconut candies are made. Return to the boat for the cruise to Dong Hoa Hiep Island, admiring the scenery and the daily life of the local villagers along the way. Lunch will be local Mekong specialties. Following your cruise, drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

At leisure until your transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your onward flight.
